An activity sector defined by a wide array of health establishments, including university hospital centres, hospitals, walk-in clinics, research centres, CLSC–CHSLDs, etc. Since these establishments are mandated to provide health services, they have very specific needs and requirements that must be considered while working in these environments.
The different mandates entrusted to us in this sector have included all sorts of work: reconstruction and bringing buildings up to standards, asbestos removal and ventilation system decontamination, expansions, etc. Benefiting from our experience and expertise, we have carried out large jobs in environments whose operations could not be disrupted, or where risks of infection and cross-contamination had to be controlled, and where work had to be subdivided into several phases with tight coordination and planning among local users. The quality of the project teams that we dedicate to this work is the main reason for our success in carrying out these mandates. We make the most of our years of experience in related fields, like pharmaceutical and institutional construction, to the benefit of both those contracting the work and its end users.
